Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Renard AI application (including the chat services and document summarizer), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the services.

2. Ownership & Independent Operator Status

Renard AI is owned, designed, and operated independently by the Renard AI project team, located in Europe.

Renard AI is not owned, operated, or controlled by Matrix Vision or the Miner Matrix network. While Renard AI collaborates with and uses the Miner Matrix blockchain infrastructure (operated by Matrix Vision) to authorize credentials, track token balances, and deduct MTRX tokens for service access, this constitutes an integration partnership only. Matrix Vision remains responsible for the Miner Matrix network and MTRX token, while the Renard AI team remains solely responsible for the Renard AI application, backend engines, and product delivery.

3. Token-Gated Balances & Deduction Policy

Renard AI requires a positive balance of MTRX tokens to process user queries. By running queries, you agree to the following fixed deduction rates:

• Standard Chat: 50.00 MTRX per query.
• Advanced Chat: 100.00 MTRX per query.
• Standard Summary: 150.00 MTRX per document.
• Advanced Summary: 300.00 MTRX per document.

All token deductions are processed immediately upon request and are final. Once a query is initiated and resource computational execution begins, the associated MTRX charge is non-refundable, except in cases where a documented system error prevents the generation output from being delivered entirely.

4. Limitation of Liability

Renard AI and its associated tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Renard AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the AI models or underlying APIs.

Renard AI and its operators are not responsible for, and shall have no liability in connection with, blockchain network congestion, transaction confirmation failures, wallet synchronization errors, or protocol-level upgrades occurring on the Miner Matrix network (operated by Matrix Vision). Any issues relating to MTRX tokens or blockchain-level transactions must be addressed directly with the Miner Matrix network support channels.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the chat interface or document summarizer to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content, or to run automated scripts that disrupt the service. Renard AI reserves the right to suspend or block access to accounts that violate this policy.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Member States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction within Europe.
